Prior to recruitment I spent 16 years in the Police, holding various positions. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships and pride myself on a friendly, honest, and proactive approach to recruitment. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, cycling, walking my dog Hallie, entertaining my three boys, and coaching two of their local football teams!

Outside of work, I'm a keen motorcyclist and have recently taken up sailing in the Bristol harbour.

Outside of work, football is a big part of my life, I absolutely love the game. I play three times a week, coach a women’s team twice a week, and support Liverpool FC through thick and thin.
