Our client is looking to expand their architectural team in Birmingham by bringing on an experienced Senior Technologist. They are seeking a motivated, technically skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading the technical delivery of projects from design development through to construction, combining precise technical expertise with effective coordination, problem-solving, and client liaison skills to produce practical, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Experienced Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice.
- Proven ability to lead the technical delivery of projects across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
- Proficient in Revit and other relevant design, detailing, and documentation tools.
- Strong technical knowledge, with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, construction detailing, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent ability to translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions while maintaining quality, sustainability, and client objectives.
- Confident communicator with strong coordination and client liaison skills, able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
