 As the civil engineering team continues to expand, our client is seeking a Senior/Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join their Birmingham office. This is a hands-on and leadership-focused role, offering the opportunity to manage projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute directly to the planning, design, and delivery of complex residential developments across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping infrastructure design strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and delivering technically robust, cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with clients, architects, planners, and local authorities, providing guidance across the full project lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, with infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of UK drainage, flood risk, and local authority standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Flow, Causeway PDS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience managing projects, and ideally teams.
  • Effective communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
