Our client is a highly regarded employee-owned architectural practice with an excellent reputation for design quality, technical excellence and sustainable architecture. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London studio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Senior Architectural Technologist to take a leading role in the technical delivery of large-scale and complex projects. Working within a collaborative and progressive environment, you will lead projects through the technical design and delivery stages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
The practice works across a diverse portfolio, including refurbishment, retrofit and complex projects, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation and high-quality design..
What are we looking for?
- Experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong job-running experience
- Proven track record delivering large-scale and complex projects
- Strong technical understanding across the RIBA work stages
- Excellent proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
- Ability to lead technical delivery through detailed design and construction stages
- Strong experience producing and managing specifications, technical information and detailed design solutions
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
- Experience mentoring, supporting and delegating work to junior team members
- Experience with refurbishment, retrofit or complex existing buildings would be advantageous
- Experience within heritage, education, healthcare or sustainable design projects would be beneficial.
