Are you an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills on the lookout for an exciting opportunity in South Wales?
My client is a multi award-winning consultancy, working across a wide variety of projects including; leisure, hospitality, defence and residential to name a few.
They are heavily Revit based, so good working knowledge of Revit/ BIM is absolutely essential.

Key skills/ qualifications:
• A number of years’ worth of experience working as an Architectural Technologist in a UK based practice.
• Proven project running experience showcased through a portfolio of work.
• HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognised approved equivalent.
• Stong understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance.
• Use of Revit and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM is essential.
• NBS Chorus/ specification writing experience is beneficial.
What you’ll be doing:
• Providing technical design support to project teams and be able to deliver successful projects in accordance with client requirements.
• Undertake the role of team member, working flexibly and independently where required in support of the project leader while being efficient in managing one’s own time.
• Ability to undertake tasks required on the day to day delivery requirements of projects at all stages, including; production of design deliverables, providing accurate technical information, addressing technical queries, Site Inspections, condition surveys, monitoring delivery;
identifying proposed design change which could impact on fees, change controls, slippage of programme to Project Leader, etc.
• Knowledge of current building legislation, construction technology and product development to undertake the production and coordination of design and construction information.
• Specification writing capability with relevant software/NBS.
