Our client is a highly respected multidisciplinary design consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to join their Nottingham studio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong client relationships. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will play a key role in project delivery while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success of the practice.
What are we looking for?
- ARB Registered Architect
- Around five years’ post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice
- Demonstrable experience leading projects through all RIBA work stages
- Strong design, technical and project delivery skills
- Experience coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams
- Ability to manage programmes, budgets and project deliverables
- Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD or another BIM platform
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous
- Experience within education, residential, commercial, industrial or public sector projects would be beneficial.
