We’re seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to play a leading role in delivering complex, high-profile building projects across the UK.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng).
  • Chartered or Incorporated status with the IStructE or ICE (or actively progressing toward it).
  • Proven experience delivering building structure projects across multiple sectors.
  • Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently by hand and with design software.
  • Proficiency in Tekla Building Structures (logistics/distribution sector experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • An interest in supporting business development and growing client networks
