Our client is a well-known, global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting. They have a fantastic reputation for designing and delivering some of the most complex infrastructure and development schemes in the UK. This organisation has the benefit of working with a range of excellent clients, including many of the UK’s leading blue chip property developers.

Our client is now looking to expand their team in the Birmingham area by bringing on a new Civil Engineer. They are looking for focused, driven Civil Engineers, ideally with experience in infrastructure, highways and drainage for residential and commercial developments.

What are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of UK consultancy based experience

• You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering. Ideally, you will be Chartered and be a member of a relevant engineering institution.
• Previous experience working within the water industry is preferred.
• Drawing from your civil engineering experience in the water industry, you will, as part of a team, develop solutions from needs identification and feasibility, through to outline and detailed design. You will have the ability to collaborate with other disciplines and have experience in supporting and leading other civil engineers. You will also have a track record of undertaking designs and completing design deliverables within required timescales and design budgets.
