We are working with a well-established, award-winning, multidisciplinary architectural practice, ranked among the UK’s top 100 firms, to recruit an Associate Director for their Leicester office. Travel across their offices and project sites will be required.

The Associate Director will lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through to completion, mentoring and supporting colleagues while contributing strategically to the office and wider practice direction. You will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery across all RIBA Work Stages, and apply practical solutions to complex design challenges.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 10 years’ industry experience with a strong, diverse portfolio (schools, industrial, or residential preferred)
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of all RIBA Work Stages
• High attention to design and detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
• ArchiCAD experience beneficial but not essential (training provided)
