Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to support the delivery of exciting retail, cinema, leisure, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Produce accurate technical drawings and detailed construction information using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
– Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.
– Support project delivery from planning through to construction.

What We’re Looking For:
– Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
– Proven experience in a similar role.
– Strong technical knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
– Excellent communication and organisational skills.
