Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Assistant Part II or newly qualified Part III to join our Planning Team. This role will involve supporting the planning application process, preparing design documents, and producing high-quality presentations to enhance application materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing planning applications, design and access statements, and other supporting documents.
• Produce presentation work, including drawings, renderings, and visualizations, to enhance application documents.
• Conduct design reviews and prepare drawings as required.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Work independently or as part of a team, reporting to a Director.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Part II qualification in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience of working within a UK architectural practice, (preferably within the planning sector.)
• Experience with residential projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
