Daily duties of this Architect/ Architectural Technologist role:
– You will be responsible for the development of detailed works packages working either individually or as part of a larger team as required
– Working on all stages of the project as part of a team and individually as required
– You must have good working knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations & CDM regulations
– Liaising with other members of the design team and clients, developing briefs
