I have worked in the recruitment industry for 9 years, ever since graduating from Swansea University with a degree in Marine Biology in 2015. I specialise in all levels of civil, structural, and architectural recruitment across Wales, the North West, and the whole of Yorkshire. If I am not walking down the beach with my two dogs, Daisy and Luna, you will probably find me camping somewhere in West Wales with a nice cold glass of wine!

Hello! I’m Lucy Fraser-Stansbie, an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Architecture. I gained my degree from UWE and spent valuable time working in an architecture firm based in Bristol. I am using my passion for architecture to guide people into securing their dream jobs in the industry. My role involves engaging with candidates, building client relationships, and guiding with recruitment processes from start to finish, creating an enriched positive experience for all involved. I am originally from Cornwall and love to visit friends and family whilst appreciating the beautiful countryside and coastline. I also love to travel and explore new places.

I've been working in the recruitment industry for over 7 years now, most of that time has been spent working within the Engineering & Construction industry. My specialised areas include Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering and Facade Design. I have a real passion for this industry and love helping great companies recruit the individuals they need to make their projects come to life. Outside of work, I'm a keen motorcyclist and have recently taken up sailing in the Bristol harbour.
