Our client is looking to strengthen their BIM capability by appointing an experienced BIM Coordinator to support project teams across a range of live projects. They are seeking a technically strong and proactive individual with a solid understanding of BIM processes and architectural delivery. The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating multi-disciplinary models, maintaining quality and consistency, and supporting teams with training, troubleshooting, and best practice, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
What are we looking for?
- RIBA Part 1 / CIAT-accredited Architectural Technology degree, or equivalent
- 3–5 years’ experience in a BIM / CAD coordination role within a UK practice
- Strong technical understanding of architectural design and project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience with COBie, Uniclass, and metadata integration within models
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, statutory requirements, and QA processes
- Hands-on experience with model coordination, federation, clash detection, and audits
- Ability to monitor and report on model progress, quality, and coordination issues
- Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and consultants
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to develop professionally
