With a growing Birmingham studio and a strong pipeline of work, this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a collaborative, design-led team working on high-profile projects both nationally and internationally.

The practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to take a leading role in the design development, coordination, and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will bring strong technical capability, leadership experience, and a passion for design excellence, alongside the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to studio culture.

What are we looking for?

· ARB-registered Architect (RIBA Chartered desirable but not essential) with 8+ years post-qualification experience
· Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects through all RIBA stages
· Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, with excellent technical design and coordination skills
· In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction methodologies
· Ability to manage consultant teams, client relationships, and project delivery responsibilities
· Confident communicator with strong presentation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Experience mentoring junior architects and contributing to team development
· Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
· Comfortable working from the Birmingham office as part of a collaborative studio team
