Our client is looking to expand their architectural team in Birmingham by bringing on a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant. They are seeking a motivated, design-led professional with experience contributing to high-quality projects across residential, stadiums, healthcare, and education sectors. The ideal candidate will be confident in supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to construction, combining strong technical skills with creativity, attention to detail, and effective collaboration within project teams to produce practical, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant with experience gained within a UK architectural practice.
- Experience contributing to projects across sectors such as Industrial, healthcare or
- Proficient in Revit (highly desirable) and comfortable using other relevant design and presentation software.
- Strong understanding of design principles with developing technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing.
- Ability to support the translation of design concepts into coordinated practical solutions.
- Confident communicator with good teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively while meeting project deadlines.
