Our client is now looking to expand their architectural team in Oxford by bringing on an experienced Senior Architect. They are seeking a motivated, design-led professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, education, defence, conservation, residential, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be confident leading projects from concept to completion, combining creative design thinking with strong technical delivery and client liaison skills to produce thoughtful, sustainable, and innovative architectural solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • ARB Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver architectural projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, conservation, residential, and commercial.
  • Proficient in Revit and other relevant design and documentation tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing.
  • Excellent design sensibility with the ability to balance creativity, functionality, and client objectives.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing and coordination skills, able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
