Our highly regarded client firm are a leading, privately owned architectural practice with offices across Newark, Manchester and London. Established over a decade ago, the firm has grown steadily to around 90 staff and is consistently ranked among the UK’s top architectural practices. Are you passionate about designing world-class data centres that meet the needs of some of the most forward-thinking industries in the UK?

We’re looking for a Data Centre Architect to join our highly regarded client firm. You’ll be at the heart of our data centre projects, from master planning to detailed design, helping them expand into a sector they’ve proudly operated in for over a decade.

 

 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in data centre design (detailed and outline).
  • Ability to deliver projects across all RIBA work stages, from master planning to technical delivery.
  • Knowledge of single occupier and co-location
  • Strong technical and design skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage deadlines and project requirements.
  • Willingness to work from the office, within a 40-minute commute of Newark, Manchester, or London – some flexibility in London.
  • A proactive, motivated mindset with a desire to contribute to the growth of the data centre sector within the practice.
