Our client is looking for a qualified Architect to join our creative and growing team in Macclesfield.
You will work on a wide range of retail, cinema, leisure, and mixed-use projects, contributing across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage projects, liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.
– Develop design solutions and produce high-quality drawings and technical details using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
– Mentor and support junior team members, including Part 1 and Part 2 Assistants.
– Oversee planning applications and building regulation submissions.

What We’re Looking For:
– ARB-registered Architect with relevant experience.
– Excellent design and technical skills.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
– Strong communication and leadership abilities.
– Experience across multiple RIBA work stages.
