Due to promoting internally, we’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team, focusing purely on the candidate journey and helping match top-tier talent to exciting opportunities across the Architecture, Civil, and Structural Engineering sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

Sourcing high-quality candidates for roles within the built environment
Writing and posting engaging job adverts
Searching job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms for top talent
Screening and qualifying candidates for suitability
Managing candidate communications
Supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding service to clients

What we’re looking for:

1+ years’ Experience in a recruitment/resourcing role
Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
Organised, proactive, and confident in using online tools
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
An interest in the built environment sector is a plus (but not essential)

A respected brand in the built environment space
