As Associate Director, you will lead and mentor the transport planning team, ensuring the delivery of high-calibre technical outputs. You will drive the transport components of major infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects from inception through to completion. A key part of the role involves building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to influence outcomes and secure future business. You will take ownership of bid management, resource planning, project budgeting, and quality assurance, while championing best practice, innovation, and full compliance with relevant transport regulations, standards, and guidance.

What are we looking for?

• Strong technical expertise in transport modelling, policy, or infrastructure planning
