We are looking to speak with experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists who are interested in working for one of the leading architectural studios based in Warrington.
This is a job running role, where you will be supporting the directors, working across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
Revit and project running experience is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities of this Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist role:
– Working at a senior level and supporting Director
– To act as a Job Runner on multiple projects
– Co-ordinating with colleagues to ensure all work is completed expediently to a high standard, meeting client expectations and minimising risks
– Technical detailing and proven technical skills
– Carrying out design and production drawings
– Fully conversant with UK Building Regulations and a good knowledge of construction methods
– Liaise with clients / consultants
