Meet The Management Team
Guy has been within the Legal Recruitment industry for over 15 years having originally founded Perception Solutions Ltd in 2001. Up until 2013 he was also the Managing Partner of one of the Midlands largest law firms and the creator of the national marketing brand“Lawyers2you”.
He is currently responsible for Alfred’s business development strategy and oversees all business client relationships.
As a practicing solicitor he also serves as the companies in-house counsel.
Director of Operations
Before founding Alfred, Sonya worked for over 10 years as a Recruitment Commercial Manager working for a variety of leading recruitment PLC’s and is a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Sonya was responsible for acquiring and developing a range of SME clients as well as larger organisations in both the public and private sectors.
At Alfred she is responsible for all operational requirements as well as the management of our various consultant teams.
Andrew has a strong financial background and has been involved in a wide range of businesses and sectors. He has a deep knowledge of the finance sector both in-house and in private practice having been a director of one of the major international accounting firms and been CFO for a number of businesses.
His experience is widely sought after by company boards and lenders in particular and his external business interests include advising a number of boards on strategic, financial and commercial issues.
Director of Finance
Kerry has over 25 years’ experience as a finance professional. She is an AAT member (MAAT) and has run finance teams in large and small law firms, as well as a niche Legal Recruitment practice.
At Alfred she is responsible for managing the Finance Department.
Michelle worked as an Internal Recruitment Officer for a leading International Financial Services PLC for 3 years prior to joining Alfred.
Previously she held several senior roles in the Banking and Financial Services sector for several International PLC’s.
She is responsible for managing the full recruitment and advertising process for all permanent and temporary candidates, which includes the agency Preferred Supplier List. In addition to this she manages our entire back office administration process.
