Our client, a leading Global insurance business with operations across Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa is currently looking to employ a Trainee Claims Negotiator. This is a permanent position working in their contact center, based in modern offices in Bristol City Center.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor looking to take the next step and progress their career. We’re looking for candidates with a genuine understanding of what makes great customer service and who also have the analytical and decision-making skills to deliver service excellence when assessing and negotiating travel insurance claims.
As a Claims Negotiator, you will be helping customers settle their Travel claims and emergency situations. Showing empathy, a clear and warm communication style and attention to accuracy and detail are essential for this role.
Above all, we are looking for people who take ownership of customer issues naturally. Ideally you will have relevant customer service claims experience. You will need to be reliable with a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. The role predominantly involves inbound work, but the successful candidate will also be expected to undertake administration and outbound work when required.
The Trainee Claims Negotiator will be available to work 37.5 hours per week 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
