UK’s leading provider of business telecommunications is looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive who has a proven track record of successfully cold calling clients to generate leads.
You will join our growing department working closely with the sales team. This is a fast-paced, customer focused sales role that requires the successful candidate to work independently to generate qualified leads and sales, through effective telephone activity, gathering information and updating the company database whilst qualifying leads for the Sales & Business development team. You will be provided with full training on the company’s products and services.
Telephone and qualify details of potential accounts on the database
Identify who the customers current service suppliers are
Establish the decision makers name and title etc
Establish what’s important to the customer when they choose a supplier e.g. price, service etc
Document all relevant information accordingly
Provide basic overview of product range and offer an insight into how they may benefit from further discussions
Aim to get agreement for a follow up call/audit/appointment
Enter all notes onto the database including follow up calls
Email details of any successful audit/appointment opportunities to Business Managers Carrying out Market Research for new prospects
After training, ensure product knowledge is up to date i

Be willing to make volume telephone calls on a daily basis
