Purpose of the role:
- You will be responsible for organising and delivering ‘assistance services’ to travel insurance policyholders in line with service standards.
- You will be the first point of call for clients (phone, email or on-line chat) and will assess the circumstances and actions required to assist the caller.
- You will provide guidance on the correct procedures and complete the administration necessary to process claims. It may be necessary to involve a specialist to assist with more complex cases.
Hours of Work:
Working as part of the Assistance team, you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (including weekends and Bank holidays). The following times will apply:
Early Shift – 07.30 to 16.00
Day Shift – Between 10.00 to 18.30
Late Shift – 13.30 to 22.00
