Our client, a leading Global insurance business with operations across Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa is currently looking to employ a Claims Negotiator. This is a permanent position working in their contact centre, based in modern offices in Bristol City Centre.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor looking to take the next step and progress their career. We’re looking for candidates with a genuine understanding of what makes great customer service and who also have the analytical and decision-making skills to deliver service excellence when assessing and negotiating travel insurance claims.
Purpose of Role:
- To assess, negotiate and settle travel insurance claims in accordance with the specific insurance policy issued and instructions received from the underwriters.
- To provide a high quality service to customers, taking account of agreed customer service, quality and productivity standards.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
